Chiang Mai University Students Visit

This year, our programme had invited Students from Chiang Mai University, Thailand to have a visit on Malaysia on 24^th – 29^thMay 2010. Our students club had plan several activities for Chiang Mai university students.

The purposes of this visit are to discuss about the further collaboration between Chiang Mai University and National University of Malaysia (UKMalaysia), visiting and having exposure on Malaysia Physical Therapy environment.

The first activity which plan by us is on Thursday. We went to the chip and steak restaurant (restaurant KAPAL) at Kampung Baru. After having those delicious western foods, we went to Kampung Baru Lrt Station, but unluckily on that day, the train were delay for few hours. So our tutor kak najwa and kak mala bring us (including chiang mai studs and also we) to Chao Kit. We took a bus at there. We were so embarrass because the students from Chiang Mai hava to walk a long path from Kampung Baru to Chao Kit.

When we reached Chao Kit, we took a bus and went to Masjid Jamek. We went to Bangunan Sultan Sulaiman and Merdeka Square. After that, we send them back to their apartment.

The next day, we went to National Museum by UKM bus. After that we went to National Monument.After visiting National Monument, we bring them to have a walk at pavilion. At there I manage to learn how to write Thai. The circle of each Thai word should be written firstly.

Friday is Wesak day,on that day, I bring them to hock beng temple and after that they all went to genting.Before they left, they give us some souvenirs, really thanks to them.

During this trip, the students from Chiang Mai University kept calling us to have a visit to Chiang Mai.
